Documents are easy to upload: you can upload a copy, scan or photo of your documents through your iGO4 online account.
What does my proof of No Claims Discount need to include?
Your NCD must be from a valid insurer (UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Republic of Ireland) and must not be older than 2 years. Your NCD must be expressed in number of years and earned on a privately owned car. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept NCDs earned on company cars.
Please note that your NCD can only be used on one policy at any one time.
It is your responsibility to provide us with proof of NCD.
Please provide your current renewal notice or a letter on headed paper from your previous insurer or broker confirming your NCD and include the following details:
- Previous insurer's name
- Previous insurer's policy number
- Your name
- Policy expiry date
- Number of years NCD
Make sure that any scans or copies of documents you send to us clearly display your information, or we may not be able to accept it.
