Can I change my policy details online?

You can amend the following details online using your online account.

  • Personal and contact details
  • Amend joint insured
  • Replace current property
  • Amend property details
  • Add/Amend buildings cover
  • Add/Amend contents cover

Before you can access your online account to make these changes, you need to ensure you have registered. If you’ve already registered, please click here. Alternatively, if you still need to register, please click this link and fill out the information as requested. To register your online account, you’ll need your policy/web reference number which can be found on the right-hand side of the welcome email we sent to you when you first purchased your policy. 

The next time you wish to use your online account simply log in with the username and password you selected upon registration.
