What should I do if I change my bank or credit card?

If you have changed your bank account details, please contact your credit provider as soon as possible.

You can easily update your Direct Debit details using their automated chatbot service on www.premfina.com, or by phone on 0330 165 9367 (open 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday).

Please note that your monthly instalments are only collected by Direct Debit, so there is no need to contact your finance provider if you have changed your debit/credit card.
