If the insurer noted on your schedule is Aviva and you have selected Aviva’s alternative funding option for payment of your policy, you will be charged this fee. Please note that to have this funding you will have called the customer service team and requested it. If you haven’t requested this funding, then this fee will not apply.
How much is the fee?
The fee is £150. Please note, this fee is included in the overall price of your policy.
Why do you charge this fee?
This fee covers the cost of administering and servicing the policy and funding agreement outside of our normal processes. This fee only applies if you select to pay your policy in this way – however, you aren’t required to do this.
