If you decide you don’t want to renew with us after you’ve received your renewal invite, you can get in touch with us to let us know. Your policy will auto-renew, so it’s important that you let us know if you don’t wish for this to happen. Please note, we’ll apply for payment two days before your renewal date if you’re paying for your renewal in full, or one day before if you’re paying by instalments to ensure you have continuous insurance cover in place, so make sure to let us know before this point that you don’t want to renew to avoid any money coming out of your account.
Please also note that you must wait until you’ve received your renewal invite before we can stop your policy from auto-renewing.
If you choose not to renew, your cover will finish on your policy end date. However, you must make sure you have alternative cover in place when your policy ends to avoid any gaps in your insurance.
