How do I renew my policy?

Once your iGO4 policy approaches its end date, you can choose whether you’d like to stay with us for another year.

Around 3 weeks before your renewal date, you’ll get an invite from us with all the info you need to know about your renewal, including your renewal price for the next year.  Your renewal price will be based on your previous policy, meaning the details we hold on file for you will be taken into account to give you our best possible price.

If you are happy with the invite we send you, it’s easy to renew. We’ll automatically renew you ready for your renewal date, so you don’t have to do anything.

If you don’t wish to renew, you can get in touch with us to let us know once you’ve received your invite. Give us a call on 01733 308320 (open Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm, closed on Sundays and open 10am – 4pm on Bank Holidays) and we can stop the renewal for you. Please note, we’ll apply for payment two days before your renewal date if you’re paying for your renewal in full, or one day before if you’re paying by instalments to ensure you have continuous insurance cover in place, so make sure to let us know before this point that you don’t want to renew to avoid any money coming out of your account.
