A policy has been taken out in my name fraudulently – what should I do?

If you receive communications from us regarding a new policy that you did not take out, please contact us as soon as possible on 01733 308235 (open Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday and bank holidays 10am – 4pm).

If money has been taken from your bank account for the policy, you should also contact your bank to inform them of the fraud and allow them to take the necessary steps to protect your account, as well as do a charge back for the money taken.

It is also advised that you contact the police regarding the fraud so that they can investigate and get a crime reference number.
