Coronavirus - your questions answered

We know that this is a difficult time for everyone, and you may have questions about how the recent changes affect your home insurance. To help you feel at ease, we’ve answered some of the questions that you might want to know the answers to.

I’m working from home due to the Coronavirus lock down. Will business use and/or equipment be covered on my iGO4 Home insurance?
Yes, if you normally work within an office environment you will now be covered to continue working from home, at no extra charge.

Will home insurance cover the cost of a deep clean to my property should it become contaminated by COVID-19?
No, this won’t be covered on your policy.

I work for the NHS. What is iGO4 doing to help me?
We will no longer be applying any admin fees for any changes that any of our NHS workers need to make to their policies. It’s the least we can do to thank them for all their hard work and sacrifices that they're making for the good of others at this time.

I’m struggling to pay for my car insurance due to Coronavirus – what do I do?                            We're aware that the Coronavirus pandemic is affecting some people’s jobs and income.  If you are having difficulty paying for your insurance, please get in touch with us by sending us a Facebook message, or giving us a call on 01206 585 506 and we can discuss the right options for you. Please don’t cancel any payments or direct debits, this could affect your insurance policy or your credit score.
