- You want to discuss your up and coming payment and your payment is over 7 days away, they will respond within 72 hours to help you with your query

If you need to change your direct debit details, you can register for a customer account with your finance provider Close Brothers. You'll then be able to manage your monthly payments online. To register you'll need your customer ID, which has been emailed to you. Don't worry if you can't find it, you can request for it to be resent here.

By logging on you can change your payment date, change your bank details, check your payments and pay any arrears you may have.
