How do I access my account?
You can access your account by clicking here. If you haven’t yet registered online, it’s quick and easy to do by just follow these simple steps.
Step 1: Head to the registration page and fill out your details. You'll need to have your Policy Number to hand when you register: this can be found in the top right corner of the welcome email you received when you first purchased your policy.
Step 2: Once you’ve completed the information, you’ll be sent a registration email which allows us to verify your email address for data protection. In order to complete the registration process, click on the link in your registration email.
Step 3: After you’ve successfully registered on the portal, you can log-in whenever you need to.
How can I use my account on my phone?
By saving a shortcut to your iGO4 account on your phone, you can make sure access is only ever a tap away. To do this, please follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Go to your iGO4 account via your mobile web browser.
Step 2: If you have an iPhone, you'll see a panel of buttons at the bottom of the page as you scroll: click the share button (it should look like a box with an upward arrow coming out of it) and then click "Add to Home Screen". If you have an Android phone, simply tap the menu button on your web browser (this is usually three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner) while on the account page and tap "Add to homescreen".
