How do I make a change to my policy without paying a fee?

If you make a change to your policy through your online account, you won’t have to pay the £35 admin fee. Click here to make a change.

If you haven’t yet registered your account, you’ll need your policy/web reference number which can be found on the right-hand side of the welcome email we sent to you when you first purchased your policy. Click here to register.
